In my studies I have been time and time again confronted with Persian and Arabic miniature painting which I learned to greatly enjoy, but since they are not the object of my expertise knew shamefully little about. So when a friend of mine laid out his plans for an RPG setting and rule set and asked me to participate, I immediately knew that I wanted to do something that captured the flair of that particular design which floated in my head for quite a while now.
I am not great at designing patterns, which is never a good start in any endeavour having to do with islamic and turko-perisan art but nonetheless I am a little pleased with the look

Not to scare anybody, this isn't going to be a daily thing where I bore anybody who stumbles per chance over this page and has nothing better to do than to read this I am just in the process of getting my things in order for this new year of 2014 and getting this page up to speed is among one of these things.

Alas it is finished, as per my new years resolution to actually get things done I not only have located my devArt account but uploaded the entirety of the "Kraft der Erzählung" cycle for your pleasure and scrutiny.
The Force of Narration, or rather Power of the Story is a cycle of pictures in liner and water colour I made in 2011 after visiting a Salvador Dahli Exhibition which mainly focused on his sketch-work and doodles.
